As a Sales Manager - Home Loan and Suvidha LAP at our Retail Banking division, your role is crucial in sourcing Home Loan and Suvidha business from the bank's existing customer base. Your focus will be on relationship management, cross-selling, and customer engagement to drive business growth and profitability. You will need to coordinate effectively with internal teams and uphold high service standards while ensuring compliance with regulatory norms. Key Responsibilities: - Generate Home Loan/Suvidha leads through internal channels such as branches, relationship managers, call centers, and loan centers. - Engage with existing customers to identify their financial needs and propose suitable Home Loan/Suvidha solutions. - Conduct customer meetings to evaluate eligibility, financial status, and property documentation. - Ensure smooth processing of applications, documentation, and coordination of disbursements. - Provide timely support and personalized service to increase customer satisfaction. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through cross-sell initiatives. - Monitor and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management. - Ensure compliance with internal processes, audit guidelines, and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for efficient loan processing. Secondary Responsibilities: - Maintain a deep understanding of Home Loan/Suvidha products, lending norms, and documentation. - Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within existing customer relationships. - Advocate for digital solutions to comprehensively address customer needs. - Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Facilitate effective cross-functional coordination and relationship management. - Efficiently utilize banking systems and customer management platforms. Qualifications: - Graduate Degree in any stream. - Postgraduate Degree in any stream (preferred). - Professional certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
