About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. What You’ll Own

Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Build and execute a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Leverage market research to identify and target high-value prospects.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Define and implement scalable sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from discovery and proposal to negotiation and closing.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, value, and results.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for high-value clients.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, competition, and customer needs.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize CRM and reporting tools to track pipeline, performance, and revenue forecasts.
  • Use insights to optimize sales processes and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in Product based.
  • Track record of exceeding monthly/quarterly revenue goals
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong experience with cold calling, lead nurturing, and consultative selling
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze numbers and market trends
  • A self-starter who thrives in autonomy but knows how to collaborate and lead
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or PG in Sales/Marketing is a plus

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
