Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our office in Chandigarh . This is a sitting job (no field work) ideal for individuals with 1–2 years of experience in sales, particularly those comfortable with cold calling and handling client interactions over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to potential clients Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads Build and manage strong client relationships Update and manage CRM and Excel databases Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in sales (tele-sales or inside sales preferred) Fluent in English with excellent communication skills Knowledge of cold calling techniques and sales strategies Proficient in Microsoft Excel Comfortable using CRM or lead management tools Target-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented Perks & Benefits: Attractive salary + hefty performance-based incentives Alternate Saturdays off Professional office environment with growth opportunities Fixed working hours (no field work) Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Morning shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9878090226
