Sales executive

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at Thogai Murugan Real Estate, your primary responsibility is to generate new leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. You will be promoting and selling real estate properties by conducting client meetings, property site visits, negotiations, and ensuring a smooth sales closure while prioritizing high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Source and manage prospective client data through various channels such as telecalling, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits. - Follow up on leads to convert them into potential buyers. - Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties. - Conduct property presentations, arrange site visits for clients, and prepare sales proposals and agreements. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business. - Address client queries, concerns, and provide timely support. - Keep updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. - Maintain daily sales reports, client databases, and pipeline status. - Provide inputs to management for improving sales strategies. Qualification Required: - Any Graduate (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field). - 13 years of experience in real estate sales/financial services/direct sales. - Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in real estate may also be considered.
