Job Title: Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Location: vedasandur Reports to: Sales Manager Job Purpose: To generate new leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets by promoting and selling Thogai Murugan Real Estate properties. The role involves client meetings, property site visits, negotiation, and ensuring a smooth sales closure while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Handling Source and manage prospective client data through various channels (telecalling, referrals, digital platforms, field visits, etc.). Follow up on leads to convert into potential buyers. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties. Sales Process Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits for clients. Negotiate pricing and payment terms as per company guidelines. Prepare and present sales proposals and agreements. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction. Build long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business. Address client queries, concerns, and provide timely support. Market Research & Reporting Keep updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Maintain daily sales reports, client databases, and pipeline status. Provide inputs to management for improving sales strategies. Key Deliverables / KPIs: Number of qualified leads generated per month. Number of property site visits arranged. Conversion ratio (leads to sales). Monthly sales target achievement. Customer satisfaction & feedback. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Negotiation and persuasion ability. Good knowledge of local real estate market. Presentation & client-handling skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Qualification & Experience: Any Graduate (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field). 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales / financial services / direct sales.
