"An Airport Retail Store Staff member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting travelers with purchases, and ensuring smooth store operations in a fast-paced airport environment. The role includes handling sales transactions, maintaining store displays, and promoting products to achieve sales targets while adhering to airport security and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting products and completing purchases
• Operate cash registers and handle payments accurately
• Replenish and organize merchandise on shelves and displays
• Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with airport regulations
• Promote special offers and provide product information to customers
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Support inventory management and stock control activities

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and well-presented demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Basic math and computer skills
• Degree/ diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
