Sales executive

As a passionate sales executive at our company, your role will involve generating leads, making sales calls, updating our database regularly, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for researching prospects, contacting customers through various channels, addressing customer queries and complaints, and nurturing strong customer relationships. Additionally, you may need to visit venues and accompany clients for site inspections as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Research prospects and generate leads. - Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in person. - Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Visit venues and accompany clients for site inspections. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - 1+ years of sales experience. - Excellent customer service and sales skills. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel. - Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
