Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. This role includes developing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the team's performance aligns with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
Identify new market opportunities and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotional strategies.
Attend industry events and represent the company when required.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM).
Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
