Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Tele Caller to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound calls, resolving queries, and maintaining a strong customer relationship. A successful Tele Caller must be persuasive, courteous, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Answer incoming calls from customers.
Provide information about products or services.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Maintain a daily record of calls and feedback.
Follow up with interested customers.
Meet call targets and conversion goals.
Handle customer complaints or escalate as needed.
Maintain professionalism and build positive customer relationships.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Proven experience as Tele Caller or similar customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, etc.
Ability to learn about products/services and explain them to customers.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
Patience and ability to handle rejection.
