This role requires a proactive individual with deep understanding of ocean freight, forwarding operations, NVOCC services, and customer relationship management.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding / NVOCC.
• Manage client acquisition, retention, and growth to achieve revenue targets.
• Work with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to deliver customized logistics solutions.
• Conduct market study, competitor analysis, and share insights with management.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships and ensure high service standards.
• Monitor industry trends to position company solutions effectively.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance tracking.
• Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams for timely service delivery.
• Strong network in logistics and shipping industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
• Ability to handle revenue targets and ensure monthly achievement.
