Job Title : Sales Manager IT Hardware

Job Summary:

Sales & Business Development Manager

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or MBA.
Experience:
2–4 years in
B2B IT Hardware Sales
(Govt. & Corporate segment preferred).
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with leading OEMs — Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Canon, Brother, BenQ, D-Link, Cisco, etc.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, client relationship management, team handling, and analytical/reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective
sales strategies
to achieve assigned revenue targets.
Identify, qualify, and generate
new business opportunities
in IT hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Networking, Storage, ICT Projects, Smart Class, Language Labs, Robotic Labs, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with
corporate and government clients.
Manage the complete
sales cycle
— from lead generation and proposal to negotiation, collection, and closure.
Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Bid, Procurement, and Support) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Track, analyze, and report
sales metrics, forecasts, and performance trends.
Maintain awareness of
market trends and competitor activities
to develop winning strategies.
