Job Title : Sales Manager IT Hardware Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager with strong expertise in IT Hardware Sales for Government and Corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B sales, channel management, and a strong network within OEMs and institutional customers. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or MBA. Experience: 2–4 years in B2B IT Hardware Sales (Govt. & Corporate segment preferred). Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with leading OEMs — Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Canon, Brother, BenQ, D-Link, Cisco, etc. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, client relationship management, team handling, and analytical/reporting skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets. Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in IT hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Networking, Storage, ICT Projects, Smart Class, Language Labs, Robotic Labs, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and government clients. Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal to negotiation, collection, and closure. Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Bid, Procurement, and Support) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Track, analyze, and report sales metrics, forecasts, and performance trends. Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities to develop winning strategies.
