Job Description

Team Responsibility: Guides and coordinates the daily activities of a small team of Telemarketing and Field Marketing Executives.

Job Summary: The Sales Executive / Assistant Manager will be a high-energy, results-oriented professional responsible for driving new business and supporting the sales team's execution in the corporate gifting market. This role involves both achieving individual sales targets and actively coaching and coordinating the Telemarketing (lead generation) and Field Marketing (client closing) efforts to deliver customized gifting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Execution & Target Achievement

  • Individual Sales Targets: Directly manage and close a select portfolio of client accounts, generating personal revenue alongside team revenue.
  • Proposal Development: Work hand-in-hand with clients and internal teams to craft bespoke gift concepts, prepare professional quotations, and negotiate pricing.
  • Pipeline Management: Actively maintain and update personal and team sales pipelines in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up on all leads.
  • Market Insight: Conduct research to identify emerging businesses and seasonal corporate gifting opportunities.

2. Team Coordination & Coaching

  • Activity Guidance: Provide daily direction to Telemarketing Executives on target lists, scripts, and qualification criteria to generate quality leads.
  • Client Handover: Ensure smooth and effective transfer of qualified leads from the Telemarketing team to the Field Marketing team for client meetings and presentations.
  • Skills Development: Coach Field Marketing Executives on effective presentation skills, product knowledge, and handling client objections.
  • Reporting: Compile weekly sales activity reports for the team, highlighting successes, bottlenecks, and areas for tactical improvement.

3. Account Management

  • Client Service: Assist in managing relationships with key corporate clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction with product customization, packaging, and timely logistics.
  • Order Oversight: Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, Operations) to ensure all customized orders are executed accurately and delivered on schedule.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or promotional products/gifting.
  • Sector Knowledge: Experience or a strong interest in corporate gifting or bespoke/customized products is highly advantageous.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to clients and motivating team members.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in using CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, a quick learner, and possess a strong commitment to hitting sales targets and providing exceptional client service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
