Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, assisting in the preparation of sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve overall business goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and strategy development.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and report preparation.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
