Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. The day-to-day tasks will involve identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, preparing sales forecasts, and closing sales deals. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for mentoring sales team members, monitoring market trends, and reporting sales performance to senior management.

• Proven experience in sales management, client relationship management, and team leadership
• Strong strategic planning, market analysis, and forecasting skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train, guide, and motivate sales team members
• Familiarity with the security and safety industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
