Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and re-sults-driven Sales Manager who have a deep understanding of Hardware components like CPU, Heatsink, RAM, Motherboard, Storage, Chassis, PSU, Raid Controller etc and can position & lead our sales efforts across India for our Server, Workstation, Storage, and High-Performance Computing (HPC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing strong relationships with end customers, partners, and executive decision-makers, while executing effective sales strategies to expand our IT solutions in the academic, research, enterprise sectors, and Government e-Marketplace (GeM) business.

Location

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales operations at a Pan-India level for Server, Workstation, Storage, and HPC solutions.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand IT solutions across academic, research, enterprise sectors, and GeM business.

• Collaborate with partners at the Pan-India level, including preparing Bills of Materials (BOM), sending quotes, and following up on purchase orders and payments.

• Interface with clients to understand their requirements and processes through meetings and discussions for new developments and enhancements.

• Drive rapid expansion of the customer base, focusing on new account development in Government, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), research institutions, deemed universities, and private firms.

• Provide solutions based on Server, Storage, Workstation, GPU systems, AI systems, and HPC.

• Direct all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales in alignment with team members.

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right-fit solutions for their requirements.

• Monitor bid management to ensure alignment with organizational requirements.

• Coordinate tender reviews and deadlines, adjusting them to meet customer frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management.

• Proven experience in managing sales for IT solutions, particularly in Server, Workstation, Storage, and HPC.

• Strong relationship-building skills with end customers and partners.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Experience in managing sales operations in the Government and PSU sectors is preferred. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
