Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Truss Division

Identify and develop new business opportunities for aluminum truss systems.
Handle sales inquiries, client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
Maintain and grow relationships with event companies, contractors, dealers, and institutional clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to improve product positioning.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order execution.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with technical or marketing background.
2 to 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in construction material, truss, or structural products.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of aluminum truss systems or related structural products.
Existing client base in events, exhibitions, or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic reporting.
