Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Truss Division

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for aluminum truss systems.
  • Handle sales inquiries, client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with event companies, contractors, dealers, and institutional clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to improve product positioning.
  • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with technical or marketing background.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in construction material, truss, or structural products.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of aluminum truss systems or related structural products.
  • Existing client base in events, exhibitions, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic reporting.
