Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales function for luxury residential projects from launch to handover.
Develop and execute robust sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed project sales targets.
Build, mentor, and guide a team of sales executives to ensure high productivity and consistent performance.
Engage with high-net-worth clients (HNIs) and investors, ensuring exceptional service and relationship management.
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and client satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis to identify new trends, competitor movements, and pricing strategies.
Represent the brand at client meetings, exhibitions, and real estate events to strengthen visibility and positioning.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and analytics dashboards for management review.

Candidate Profile

Minimum
8+ years of experience
in
Real Estate Sales
, preferably in apartments and villa segments.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding high-value sales targets.
Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Professional appearance and confident demeanor suitable for premium clientele.
Proficient in business analytics, CRM tools, and data-driven sales strategies.
Deep understanding of Hyderabad’s premium real estate market and customer segments.
