5. Cutomer Experience & Service Excellence
Ensure
customer sati
sfaction by maintaininghigh service sandards throughout the
sales

rocess. Address client concerns practively and reolve issues

ffectively. Qualifications: Educatin: MBA/PGDM in marketing, or related field
Experience: 5–7 years of proven experince in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a
managerial or team leadershi
p role, prefrably in real estate, insurance lifestyle,
or membership-based busin
es
ses. Sales Expertise: Strong track recor of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with
experise in consultative and solution-based s
e
lling. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, entor, and ispire a sales team to deliver

gh performance. Communication: Excellent vrbal and written communication skills wth strong
negotiation

nd presentation abilities. Customer Focus: Dee understanding of customer needs with a passion for
