Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare and review sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams for seamless client service.
• Address client queries, concerns, and ensure timely resolution.

Skills Required:

• Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate
• Minimum Experience : 5-6 Years
• Male Candidates preferred
• Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
