Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Noida. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing expert travel advice, managing travel arrangements, handling customer service inquiries, and making reservations. Additional responsibilities include creating customized travel packages and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the travel experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
• Knowledge of travel-related software and tools
