Key Responsibilities: Telecalling & Lead Management Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate enquiries. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel options. Maintain high call ratios and timely follow-ups on all leads. Itinerary Planning & Explanation Prepare customised domestic and international travel itineraries. Explain package details clearly including inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and travel schedules. Provide expert guidance on destinations, hotels, sightseeing, and travel regulations. Negotiation & Conversion Handle customer queries professionally and negotiate prices as per company guidelines. Present the best-fit travel solutions to close sales effectively. Maximise conversions and achieve monthly sales targets. Follow-up & Sales Closure Ensure timely and consistent follow-up until booking confirmation. Close the sales process smoothly and coordinate with operations for confirmations. Maintain all enquiry and booking records in CRM accurately. Customer Relationship Management Build strong customer rapport for repeat and referral business. Provide post-sale support whenever required. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent telecalling skills. Strong knowledge of travel destinations and travel-related services. Ability to explain itineraries and handle customer objections. Good negotiation and sales closing skills. Computer literacy and experience with CRM tools preferred. Minimum 0–5 years of experience in a travel agency (preferred).
