Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to handle holiday packages and air ticketing services. The ideal candidate should have experience in crafting customized domestic and international travel itineraries, handling flight reservations, and delivering excellent customer service. A strong knowledge of destinations, airlines, travel platforms, and visa procedures is essential. Key Responsibilities: Plan and sell customized domestic & international holiday packages Book flights using GDS or online portals (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre preferred) Provide detailed travel itineraries with cost breakdowns Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and DMCs for bookings Assist clients with travel insurance, visa documentation & other formalities Handle customer queries, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently Maintain client records and follow-up for repeat business Stay updated on travel trends, airline policies, and destination rules Required Skills: Good knowledge of GDS/CRS systems Excellent verbal and written communication Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills Attention to detail and time management Customer-first attitude and a proactive problem-solver Familiarity with MS Office and travel booking tools
