Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Pune. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning their trips, including booking travel arrangements, managing itineraries, and providing tailored travel consulting services. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, making reservations, and ensuring that all travel arrangements are accurate, efficient, and align with client preferences.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Reservations management
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and relevant software
• Flexibility to adapt to client needs and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
