Travel Consultant

Qualifications

• Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate candidates.
• 0–2 years of experience in the hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil, with professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and convert call in to booking.
• Manage and respond to incoming service calls.
• Demonstrate strong listening skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail.
• Understand and evaluate customer needs to ensure their satisfaction.
• Build lasting relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, reliable, and comprehensive information about our holiday homes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
