Role Description

This is a full-time Travel Consultant role located on-site in our Kozhikode office. The Travel Consultant will handle daily tasks such as providing personalized recommendations for travel plans, managing reservations, coordinating travel arrangements, and offering outstanding customer service. The role includes liaising with clients to ensure seamless travel experiences, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and organizing Travel Arrangements
• Experience in managing Reservations and booking processes
• Strong Customer Service skills, including client communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of travel software and systems is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
