Job Title:Sales Manager – Tile & Stone Adhesives & Construction Chemicals Department:Sales & Marketing Reporting To:Director / Regional Head / Business Head Job Purpose:To drive sales growth and market penetration for tile adhesives, stone adhesives, grouts, waterproofing, and construction chemical products, by building strong distributor networks, managing field teams, and ensuring consistent revenue performance aligned with company goals. Key Responsibilities:🔹 1. Business Development & Revenue GrowthAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned territories. Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and project clients (builders, contractors, applicators, architects). Expand the market presence of Chryodex products in retail and project segments. Conduct product demos, mock-ups, and site trials for key clients. Plan and execute market development activities to strengthen brand visibility. 🔹 2. Team & Dealer ManagementLead, guide, and motivate a team of Sales Executives / Territory Officers. Assign targets, track field performance, and conduct weekly review meetings. Provide continuous product and sales training to field staff and channel partners. Maintain strong relationships with dealers and ensure timely collection of payments. 🔹 3. Market Intelligence & StrategyMonitor competitor products, pricing, and new launches in the market. Suggest pricing strategies and promotional offers based on market trends. Collect and report market feedback to management for product development. Prepare and maintain sales MIS reports, performance dashboards, and monthly reviews. 🔹 4. Technical & Product CoordinationCollaborate with technical and production teams for site issues and product trials. Ensure correct usage and application of adhesives, mortars, and waterproofing products. Participate in architect meets, engineer meets, and trade events to enhance technical awareness. 🔹 5. Marketing & Branding SupportAssist in planning regional campaigns, dealer meets, and exhibitions. Collect success stories, testimonials, and case studies from key projects. Promote Chryodex’s image as a trusted ISI-compliant, lab-tested construction chemical brand. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong experience in Tile Adhesive / Construction Chemicals / Dry Mix Mortar industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to build and manage dealer networks effectively. Knowledge of site applications, adhesives behavior, and construction practices. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and strong in market follow-ups. Qualification & Experience:B.E. in Civil Engineering, B.Sc Chemistry, or MBA in Marketing. 3–10 years of experience in sales of tile adhesives, construction chemicals, or building materials.
