Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, generating leads, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns. The Sales Manager will also be involved in negotiating contracts and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Strategy Development and Market Research
• Client Relationship Management and Lead Generation skills
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Reporting tools
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the PR and Marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
