SEO & Performance Marketing Executive (Meta & Google Ads Expert)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and creative SEO & Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of digital ad platforms, performance tracking, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Management:
• Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO audits, and competitor analysis.
• Optimise website content, meta tags, backlinks, and technical SEO elements.
• Track and report SEO KPIs using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.
• Performance Marketing (Meta & Google):
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video).
• Develop targeting strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
• Monitor budget pacing, A/B test creatives, and analyse performance metrics.

Analytics & Reporting:

Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement strategies.

Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards for performance evaluation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO and performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Good command of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.
• Basic understanding of landing page optimisation and CRO.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Agency experience is a plus.

Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred, not mandatory).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
