Sales/Business Development Associate

Company Overview

We are a fast-growing organisation seeking a driven Sales/Business Development Associate with around 1 year of relevant experience. This role requires a motivated individual ready to contribute to the team’s revenue objectives and expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Identification & Outreach
• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Initiate contact through calls, emails, and meetings to generate leads.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Sales Strategy & Execution
• Assist in designing and implementing business development strategies and sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams on sales pitches and proposal development.
• Support the creation of presentations and sales materials for client meetings.
• Market Analysis & Reporting
• Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and outcomes.
• Participation & Learning
• Attend regular sales team meetings, training sessions, and reviews.
• Proactively share insights and improvement ideas with management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with sound research abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in B2B sales or a relevant industry sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines and deliver targets.
• Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and market environments.
