Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Manager role is located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, manage client accounts, and develop long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets. The role also requires working closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless solution delivery.

Qualifications

Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills, with a proven ability to develop client relationships and drive revenue
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Technical knowledge of cooling systems, HVAC systems, or energy efficiency technology is an added advantage
Ability to analyze market trends and craft effective sales strategies
Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and related sales software
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
