Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal delivery of services.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capacity to build and maintain relationships with clients
Strong understanding of market trends and ability to identify business opportunities
Experience in managing and leading a sales team
Knowledge of the cooling efficiency and HVAC industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
