As India’s first IRDA licensed general and life insurance brokers, we manage a premium portfolio of over 2000 clients and have a corporate client base of more than 100 satisfied clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Indore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies,building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving commercial business sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and forecasting market trends.

Qualifications

Sales strategy development and implementation skills
Team management and leadership abilities
Customer relationship management and negotiation skills
Market analysis and trend forecasting capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding non motor sales targets
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
