Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting insurance products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves regular reporting on sales activities and performance, as well as coordinating with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills, including identifying leads and closing deals Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Strategic Planning and Market Analysis capabilities Knowledge of insurance products and industry best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the insurance industry is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team
