We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic AM / Sales Manager / Key Account Manager to join our team at Ram-Nath & Company. This role is perfect for someone with a background in Chemistry, Science, or Marketing or similar experience in trading Chemicals Southern region of India. Candidate who is passionate about building relationships and driving business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our high-quality chemical products.
1. The candidate should have experience in trading bulk chemicals, solvents, specialty chemicals, pigments, and paint chemicals. They must be ready to travel often and take initiative to grow the business in the region.
2. The candidate should be an expert in identifying and managing key account customers, understanding their chemical requirements, and providing effective solutions.
3. Working with internal teams to develop tailored solutions based on customer requirements and market needs.
4. Regularly visiting client places, factories, and industrial plants to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
5. During industry visits, the candidate should observe the details of existing products, engage in conversations with clients and industry professionals to learn about the products they are using, their experiences, and identify any gaps where our products can be pitched as solutions.
6. Addressing customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining positive relationships.
7. Negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure profitable and mutually beneficial deals.
8. Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
9. Monitoring market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
10. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and customer communications in the company-recommended application.
11. Providing regular reports on sales progress, market conditions, and customer needs to management.
12. Continuously developing product knowledge and sales skills to stay ahead of the competition.
