Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with clients. The position involves developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and leading a team of sales professionals. Additional responsibilities include market research, reporting sales performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Proficient in relationship management and customer service to maintain long-term client partnerships.
Experience in market research, data analysis, and forecasting to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
Team leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide sales teams to meet or exceed targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
Proven track record in sales management within the financial services sector is a plus.
Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
