Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Junior Sales Executives:

    Assist and mentor junior sales executives throughout the closing process, providing guidance and expertise to enhance their performance.
  • Assist Site Sales Head:

    Act as an assistant to the site sales head, managing closing operations and ensuring alignment with overall sales strategies.
  • Technology and CRM Utilization:

    Ensure that the team effectively uses technology and CRM systems to track leads and manage the closing process, ensuring that all procedures are followed for optimal booking results.
  • Coordination with Partners:

    Collaborate with channel partners, marketing managers, and relationship managers to develop and implement strategies that enhance client engagement and conversion rates.
  • Transaction Management:

    Oversee the entire closing process, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations.
  • Documentation Review:

    Prepare and review closing documents, including purchase agreements, title documents, and settlement statements.
  • Problem Solving:

    Proactively address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Record Keeping:

    Maintain organized records of all transactions and ensure that files are up-to-date.
  • Market Research & Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities in the real estate industry.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to accurately assess property values.
  • Gather and interpret market data to provide clients with the most up-to-date insights and advice.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate closing, title, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Experience with CRM systems and real estate technology tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
