Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead the in-store sales of our modular kitchen solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the showroom, driving sales performance, handling client interactions, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and meet sales targets.
• Engage with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored kitchen design solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Coordinate with the design team to deliver customized kitchen layouts and proposals.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain product displays and keep the showroom presentable and customer-friendly.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and suggest improvements.
• Train and guide junior sales staff in delivering consistent customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in retail sales, preferably in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or interior design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of kitchen layouts, materials, and basic design principles.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
• Fluency in English and local language is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
