Job Summary

As a

Sales Manager

at Entropik, you will drive the success of our Sales / SDR team and help scale our fast-growing SaaS business. You are responsible for optimising sales systems and processes, managing SDR performance, calculating commissions and delivering on ambitious pipeline and revenue targets. This role requires a data-driven, hands-on manager who thrives in a technology-enabled sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline creation and lead conversion goals.
  • Administer, configure, and optimize GTM systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics) to enable efficient lead management and reporting.
  • Define and implement effective sales workflows, cadences, and best practices for SDR outreach and qualification.
  • Calculate sales commissions and incentives; ensure timely, accurate, and transparent payout processes.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, deliver coaching and feedback, and facilitate skill development for SDRs.
  • Report on sales metrics, pipeline status and SDR productivity through dashboards and analytics, recommending actions for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless lead flow, feedback, and collaborative GTM execution.
  • Provide ongoing training, documentation, and support to team members on best practices and system usage.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in sales technology and recommend adoption of new tools/processes to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including hands-on experience in managing SDR teams and administering CRM or sales technology platforms.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed pipeline/revenue targets in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience designing and calculating sales commission and incentive plans.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills with a passion for developing sales talent.
  • Experience driving process improvements and leading adoption of sales systems.
