Sales Manager (B2B)

Job Title: Sales Manager – DCG Pac Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Gurgaon Experience Required: 2–8 years Industry: Packaging / Logistics / B2B Sales Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Head – Sales / Regional Sales Manager Job Summary:We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Manager with 2–8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the packaging or logistics industry. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and consistently achieving revenue targets. Candidates with deep market knowledge and a track record of exceeding sales goals are preferred. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company targets. Identify and convert new business opportunities, especially in Ecommerce, courier, and freight sectors. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Present sales reports, forecasts, and customer insights to the leadership team. Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients. Coordinate with production, logistics, and R&D teams to meet customer requirements. Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2–8 years of relevant B2B sales experience (preferably in packaging or logistics). Strong knowledge of packaging materials (plastic, paper, flexible, rigid, etc.) is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently. Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications:MBA or Postgraduate in Sales/Marketing. Experience managing key accounts in FMCG, pharma, or industrial sectors. Familiarity with sustainable and innovative packaging trends.
