Role: Senior Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales operations. The candidate must have a proven track record in EdTech or Finance sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and target achievement
• Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives
• Create and execute effective sales strategies and pipelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Collaborate with marketing and operations for lead generation and conversion
• Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and insights
• Ensure timely follow-ups, closures, and high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of sales experience in EdTech or Finance sector
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
