The healthcare division focuses on affordable medical tourism, and the communication unit aims to bring businesses into the limelight.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ernakulam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular analysis of market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
Strong understanding of market analysis and sales strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in any of the sectors operated by Ardha Global is a plus
Willingness to travel frequently, if required
