Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for engaging clients, offering expert advice on real estate opportunities, and managing property sales transactions. Daily tasks will include client consultations, property showings, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus
