The role involves handling high-value residential and commercial property inquiries. Candidates must possess excellent verbal communication skills, be client-focused, and present themselves with professionalism and poise. While real estate experience is preferred, freshers with excellent communication and a flair for premium customer interaction are welcome. Key Responsibilities: Engage with high-end clients via calls and meetings to understand their real estate requirements. Offer suitable luxury residential or commercial properties based on client preferences and budget. Explain premium project features and benefits with clarity and confidence. Arrange and conduct personalized site visits with a focus on experience and attention to detail. Follow up consistently to nurture leads and convert them into successful deals. Handle negotiations with professionalism and customer-centric communication. Maintain a well-organized database of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions. Meet monthly targets and contribute to the growth of the premium sales vertical. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi. Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality. Prior experience in real estate, luxury sales, or client servicing is a plus. Freshers with strong communication skills and a polished approach are encouraged to apply. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand and cater to the preferences of luxury buyers. Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of smartphones, CRM tools, and online property portals.
