Role Description

The full-time on-site role is based in Ernakulam for Nursing Staff, Student Counsellors, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Business Executives. Nursing Staff will assist patients with daily activities, monitor health, and provide essential care. Student Counsellors will offer guidance to students on academic, personal, and career concerns. Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs to improve patient mobility and overall well-being. Business Executives will develop business strategies, handle client communications, and support business operations. All roles require collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Essential nursing skills including patient care, health monitoring, and basic medical knowledge
• Counselling skills for Student Counsellors, including academic guidance, career advice, and personal support
• Rehabilitation skills for Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
• Business management skills for Business Executives, including strategy development, client relations, and operational support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for all roles
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Relevant certifications and licenses for Nursing Staff, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
