Job Title : Sales Head/.Manager Location : Surat, Gujarat CTC : ₹10 – ₹12 LPA (Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives) Experience Required : Minimum 5+ years in B2B Sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role Team Size to Manage : 6–10 Sales Professionals Target Audience : CA Firms, SMEs Industry Preference: SaaS, Accounting-Tech, ERP, Fintech, or related sectors Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a winning B2B sales strategy targeting CA firms and SMEs Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client relationships Mentor, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed targets Stay updated on trends in SaaS, fintech, accounting-tech to adapt sales tactics Forecast sales, report KPIs, and work with marketing for effective campaigns What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of B2B sales experience (2+ years in a leadership role) Proven expertise in SaaS, fintech, accounting-tech, or similar industries Strong track record of scaling sales and hitting aggressive revenue goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills Why consider this opportunity?
