The Position
The Sales Manager will have responsibility for developing business for the Business Centre in which theyare based as well as other locations within the portfolio. They must also ensure that sales of serviceswithin the business are maximized. He/she will work closely with the Business Centre Manager and theoperational team in general. A further key relationship will be with Avanta’s Direct Sales team, based athead office. Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with business partners is imperative.particularly with the brokers and commercial agents.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in developing new business and third partyrelationships with either small, medium or large accounts. The candidate needs to have excellentpresentation skills, coupled with enthusiasm and an ability to prioritise tasks accordingly. As they will beresponsible for updating their contacts and leads on the database they need to be computer literate, aswell as numerate, to enable them to make appropriate calculations. As they may be dealing with avariety of different prospective clients, all with varying demands, they must offer excellent problemsolving skills, which can tailor solutions to individual needs for what is a particularly consultative process.
Daily Tasks
- Business centre viewings.
- Constant feedback to introductory parties, particularly brokers.
- Prospect for new accounts – building good rapport and long-term profitable businessrelationships.
- Proactively prospect the local territory – commercial agents, business groups, and those who actively market new offices.
- Take lead responsibility for achieving the budgeted occupancy for the centre.
- Ensure the sales database system is correctly maintained and supported.
- Report and monitor sales activity on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Communication skills should be excellent, Location- Gurgaon,It would be great if he have knowledge about business centre, Experience – 3 TO 4 yrs Max
