Job Description

In the role of Sales Manager at Supreme Components International (SCI), you will be responsible for achieving all monthly and annual sales targets within your designated country territory. Your primary focus will be to collaborate with SCIs franchised manufacturers to procure and sell high-tech electronic components to OEMs, CEMs, and resellers at competitive prices and within specified lead times. This position offers you the opportunity to build a successful sales career in a high-performance organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Exceed revenue targets by acquiring new prospects and engaging existing customers effectively. - Manage the sales process using a combination of virtual and face-to-face selling techniques. - Identify and qualify potential prospects by understanding their challenges and requirements. - Increase revenue from current accounts by exploring untapped opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance, and senior management) to prospect, develop new business, and ensure timely product delivery. - Negotiate favorable pricing and lead times with franchised manufacturers or distributors. - Provide regular performance reports to senior management on key accounts in your territory. **Qualifications:** - Diploma degree required, preferably in Electronics or Microelectronics Engineering. - Background in purchasing or sourcing high-tech electronic components is highly desirable. - Minimum 3+ years of inside or outside sales experience in a consultative, B2B environment. - Strong command of written and verbal English; proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English communication. - Knowledge of Electronics Components and/or supply chain industry is advantageous. - Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Capable of working independently on strategic client issues and managing complex projects.
