Sales Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining Statcon Powtech Private Limited as a Regional Sales Manager, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing and expanding sales activities within your assigned region. Your strategic thinking, sales management experience, understanding of the solar industry, and strong leadership skills will be key to your success in this dynamic role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within the region. - Develop and execute plans for market expansion, including establishing new distribution channels. - Make monthly visiting plans for all ASM team members, implement them effectively through regular follow-up and discussions. - Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives. - Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape effective strategies. - Maintain relationships with distributors, appoint distributors, and settle claims. - Collaborate with other departments like marketing and product development to ensure a cohesive approach to market needs. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or B.Tech. - Proven experience in sales profile for 3-9 years in the solar industry, inverter & electrical industry in a managerial role. - In-depth knowledge of solar/battery/UPS technology and market trends. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to travel within the assigned region.,
