About the position

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Statcon Powtech, a leading solar panel manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and expanding sales activities within their assigned region. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the solar industry, and strong leadership skills. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within the region. 
  • Develop and execute plans for market expansion, including the establishment of new distribution channels. 
  • Making Monthly visiting plans for all ASM team members and implementing them effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members. 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives. 
  • Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape effective strategies. 
  • Maintaining relationship with distributors, appointment of distributors and settlement of claims. 
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to market needs. 
  •  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or B.tech 
  • Proven experience in sales profile for 3-9 years in solar industry, inverter & electrical industry in a managerial role. 
  • In-depth knowledge of solar/ battery/UPS, technology, and market trends. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies. 
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. 
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
